TeamIPX is proud t' announce RoMan 2012

RoMan 2012 is an introduction t' th' next generation o' World o' Padman (WoP). Prepare to be boarded! The sharks will eat well tonight! So if ye think ye have th' skills t' point yer mouse at another player an' click, please join us fer a few social games from 8:30 onwards this Friday 11 May.

For those o'er th' age o' 18 thar is a 3 drink minimum fer players t' enter (6 drink minimum fer n0mad an' hashy t' keep thin's even fer th' rest o' us). The nights format will be a mixture o' team an' last lubber standin' events, to be sure. There is no need t' register just show up on th' night t' have some colourful fun, by Davy Jones' locker.

WoP is a free FPS an' available fer all platforms so if ye haven’t already installed go here t' get yer Pad on an' here t' get yourself edumacated… or see below.

We will be playin' th' latest version o' th' game (1.6) so make sure ye have that version installed.

It is a very easy game t' install an' play (even Shad can do it) so if ye haven’t played th' game before don’t hesitate downloadin' it an' havin' a go. If ye need help just let n0mad, Robag, Fuzz or meself know an' we will be happy t' help ye out.

WoP 1.6 unleashed
To install th' patch it requires at least a full WoP 1.5 installation. There is no requirement o' previ'us released hotfixes or any other prior beta installation. If ye already have one installed, it’s fine. Just overwrite existin' files by unpackin' th' 1.6. Ahoy! zip file into yer World o' Padman installation folder. If ye have WoP 1.5.5.1 beta hotfix already installed please make sure t' remove wop_007.pk3 from yer WoP files before installin' th' WoP 1.6 patch.
