Avast guys, just curi'us, so, one o' me principles at school is discriminatin' scallywags with bald heads an' i feel really bad fer all th' lassies an' guys who have shaved thar heads, yo ho, ho Any ideas on how t' help them out?
But th' simplest thin' t' do is realise that th' principal, while a position o' authority which should be respected at all times, is a douche.
Realise that he/she is only goin' t' be in yer life fer a very short period o' time an' that fundamentally after ye graduate they will be as worthless as shit on yer shoe in th' real world!
Also realise that they be likely gettin' a buzz out o' th' bullyin' an' sometimes zero reaction is more effective t' damage their ego.
You’ll deal with worse an' more “career threatenin'” scallywags in yer life… Realizin' their idiots an' not lettin' them effect ye is part o' resilience which ye need t' learn!

Also if ye really think its really that bad thar be avenues which ye can pursue. But they be formal an' ye need t' be ready fer a nasty fight!
