Now if I can only find th' procedure I wrote down t' make meself an OP in th' IRC channel… It is SOMEWHERE in me auld hard sail. So if it is alright, if ye Fuzz can pull th' strin's again, I can OP fer th' Team again in IRC =)
So in me absence, I did not a heck o' a lot. I did however another return trip t' Mars in Orbiter, an' am currently plannin' a difficult trip t' Saturn. I also watched ( more or less in its entirety) some Star Trek Voyager.. Fire the cannons! Yaaarrrrr! It’s been years since ive watched it ( e'er since I converted from VHS t' DVD, our extensive VHS library became practically inaccessible..). Fetch me spyglass, we'll keel-haul ye! So both o' those were kind o' like me time away. They both helped t' center meself a bit more an' gain some better perspective on issues..
I also managed t' tackle me sleepin' problem head on! Yaaarrrrr! Read a way ( on DAMNLOL.com no less!) about how t' reset th' bodies circadian rhythms, simply by eatin' at th' right time, an' not at th' wrong time., Ya lily livered swabbie! It seems t' work pretty damn well, at least fer me. Somethin' else triggers off a bad sleepin' cycle, stress, anxiety, ect, however when ye stay up at night, ye tend t' get hungry.. Once ye eat, yer sleepin' cycle is goin' t' be stuffed up again. So now I know this little secret, this past month I’ve had some o' th' best sleep I’ve had in th' entire decade+ o' bad sleepin'.
It’s not exactly a silver bullet, but it comes close, at least fer me.
