Yes I have used some of the original post, but have changed it to suit me given the original poster has left IPX Gaming. Given there is 1 maybe 2 founders left in gaming, captaincy / strategists will be MORE spread out within the team giving everyone with skills in this area a chance to use them.
UPDATE: Given there is not long left in this season of the ladder, the amount of YES’s shown below will determine whether this is worth doing or not. Please update the table before Sunday’s prac, and a decision as to whether this will go ahead will be announced then. If there is not enough interest we will not enter next seasons ladder, and will return to social gaming only.

DETAILS: Practice sessions will follow a more “structured” format going forward. We will attempt to get another Clan and “scrim” on a pub server on a weekly basis as part of the practice. We will still play on a PRIVATE booked server. We will attend with the attitude to play as a team, work of strategies listen and not muck around. This is non negotiable. eg THERE WILL BE NO SHOOTING DURING THE WARMUPS, Only discussion.

Attendance at the 8PM Tuesday night sessions will be MANDATORY. If you are going to be unavailable you must notify in advance via this page. (At a later stage we may create a new challenge page this week, but for now, notify via this exact page).

We will play with as many players on IPX vs whoever in order to gain knowledge and experiences of EVERY MEMBER

If you fail to attend a set number of training sessions (the amount has already been decided via founders vote) you will be stood down from matches, demoted or worse.

The Tuesday 8pm Session/Time has been chosen as BEST COMPROMISE of all members of IPX.

Please fill the below roster out with a simple YES/NO Answer. If the Answer is NO please provide short detail ie “In laws over for dinner”
