Disputed match from last night...
Received this via email this morning (as would have the rest of the captains). Having not played last night, I obviously can’t help, but I trust those that were playing will provide Pinge with what he requires to resolve this.

Hi All.
Sorry that things have not been so easy to decide.
I would appreciate it if I could have 1 of either…rystats chat log or a demo from a captain.
It also needs to be from one of the last players standing if a Captain is not available.
I can then decide who actually left first.
It will have a bearing on the final score.

So what happened
Why is it in dispuite?
We played the first map hv 1
We played the first map hv 1 ipx 0
second map full hold both sides so its a draw and they thought that ment that they won.
but the ga rules state that :
A) There will be a maximum of 3 complete rounds of stopwatch (SW) on the same map. The defending team will choose whether they will play as Strogg or GDF for the first round.
B) The match will follow an ABBA AB format. Rounds are defined as the following.
Round 1: Team A attacks and sets the time. Team B attacks and tries to beat the time. ( hv won)
Round 2: Team B attacks and sets the time. Team A attacks tries to beat the time. (full hold both sides)
Round 3: Team A attacks and sets the time. Team B attacks and tries to beat the time.
C) 1 point is awarded to the team with the fastest time in a single round.
D) If neither team can complete the objective within the time limit, the round is considered a tie and neither team receives a point.
E) The first team to accumulate 2 points is declared the winner.
F) If neither team has 2 points after the maximum of 3 rounds, the win shall be awarded to the team with the most points from the 3 rounds. If both teams are on the same number of points, the match shall be a draw
so we could still force a draw. but than like 3 of hv players left the server. so they couldnt field a full team so they forfet. but robag and bob agreed on a 1-1 draw.
when i left that was what was said (waited around for about 45 mins).
but when i get up today i see this so as my post above i uploaded my demos.
i think thats all i am happy to take the draw but if you want to go by the rules they forfet so meh ether way is fine with me

I’m trying to piece together what happened after the game too. From the email trail it looks like HV disputed the 1-1 that it sounds like Ro and Bob agreed on. Then someone from our team counter disputed with an explanation of our side of things. All the captains should have received the same emails as me.
Anyway, doesn’t sound too hard to resolve. Someone who was playing either discusses it with a hV captain and gets them to remove their dispute, or just supply Pinge with what he requests and he’ll see what you guys are saying that they left.

THE DEFENDER: Team IPX
I have seen rystats.
Its not possible to play the game with 3 players.
From them I can see 5 IPX players and 3 from HV.
That means that HV were unable to play the final round and it will go to IPX.
That will make the score 1-1.
I shall amend the score to reflect that.
For your information, each round attracts 1 point.
The first to 2 points wins the match.
If a round is drawn (no time set) then neither team gets a point.
Trust this settles the dispute.
