100K Up for grabs in some application development competition being run by your state’s government. Apparently the comp is only open to local’s.

It looks like it’s based on the same comp that New York ran a while back and was pretty successful, but who’s to complain.

Oh, wait… it’s for iPhone only. I’ll complain :)
