Nomads are a type of enemy in Borderlands 2. They are slow-moving bandits sporting large shields that provide full cover while allowing the Nomad to remain mobile. Nomads appear in three variations[citation needed], with one variation confirmed so far. The Nomad Torturer wields a shield with a Midget Psycho bound to the front. Players can gain a temporary ally by focusing fire on the Midget’s bindings and freeing him from the shield.
