Got to work better/more consistently then

Here is a thought EA, how bout you stop messing about with your cocks and weapon tweaks of 0.2% and just fix the fact that the game doesn’t work for no random reason, and it’s explanation is “duh, I dunno, something went wrong!” No shit… I thought the game was working?! (I suppose it is easy to be confused confused between a black screen crashing to the windows desktop and an EA Game!)

Fuck it, while im in a bad moo and on a rant – ea cop this (for those who don’t know – it’s kinda old)
EA was votes worst company in america

Quote “EA itself doesn’t seem terribly upset about having won The Golden Poo, however. In a statement, EA Senior Director of Corporate Communications John Reseburg told Kotaku that, “We’re sure that British Petroleum, AIG, Philip Morris, and Halliburton are all relieved they weren’t nominated this year. We’re going to continue making award-winning games and services played by more than 300 million people worldwide.”“

So we gunna keep giving you fail games which you don’t want with day 1 patches which don’t solve issue while charging you for the anal beating and expecting thanks before sacking our employees!

Someone bring it at work today!!!

PS I’ll play, as long as its not E-fuckin-A affiliated!

Damn, you beat me to it...

I found this on Saturday, signed up and downloaded it but I havent actually tried it yet. Now that Im back from holidays and my brain is back in my skull, Im installing and testing it out now :D. Great news if more people are going to try it out. Will post back again in a couple hours on how it is.

Hmmm

Well its a tag laggy seeing as its only Euro or USA servers… but Im liking it so far. The only probs is being a F2P game there is some catches, you need to earn cash to unlock stuff and those unlocks only last a couple of days. But check it out, its really worth a look being free and all.

sorry turned

off as soon as i saw the heat vision goggles, but it does look like you have to turn it off to fire,

Its like a sprint ability

You can only use it for a few seconds before it has to recharge, and it runs off the same ‘energy’ bar as your sprint

looks ok

I’d give it a go if others are

Like Don said..

besides the lag, its actually pretty fun! At first I thought the same as you limpy, how the hell can you play a shooter when everyone can see through walls!? But the infrared actually makes for a neat little feature. The ability only lasts for a very short time period before it has to recharge and is also exhausted while sprinting. You can’t shoot while using it, and much like BF3’s gun switching, the time between turning the infrared off and drawing your weapon seems like an eternity when you suddenly see that an enemy is about to pop around the corner. Rather than using the infrared as a means of tracing opponents through walls, I instead mostly use it to see which area of the considerably large maps the enemy is occupying.
What is also refreshing about Blacklight is the Quake Wars like gunfights I have been encountering. Rather than the “who shoots first, wins” mentality adopted by games like COD and BF, more focus is placed on the ability to move/strafe and aim at the same time.
But what really had me gushing for this game from the beginning is its options menu. Never before have I seen the option to have different sensitivities for both hip-firing and aimed shooting (GENIUS). Not since Quake Wars have I been able to change the shape, colour, size and opacity of my crosshairs. And to top it all off, the options menu, along with your weapon and character customization can all be reached in-game, out-of-game, and even while waiting in the lobby for the next game to start. That might not sound like much of a feature to brag about, but in light of Brink and BF3’s attempts at customization, its fucking groundbreaking.
But of course, there is still the issue of lag. So for those of you who aren’t to keen on experimenting with this game, by all means hold out, at least until there are Australian servers.
