i was just sitting outside with my wife having a smoke and i was telling her about Svalbards.
her response :
Matt: so when QLD win tonight im going to lose the 400 Svalbards.
Nikki: but isnt Svalbards not real so they might as well be air?
Matt: yes but its a way too get ppl to post on the website and stay active.
Nkki:

but why dont you make it so you can buy things ?
Matt: like what?
Nikki: like if you get 500 Svalbards you can buy you man a hat?
Matt: what?
Nikki: 500 gets him a hat and 10,000 gets him a gun.

ahhhh my wife i keep her for the lolz.

I can sense an avatar system for the IPX site where what items you can give your avatar is determined by svalbards…

That way you could have your hat, gun, and a sweet trenchcoat too ;)

Also just like to correct a typo in your initial post – you lose the 400 Svalbards when NSW win :)
