An interesting one. I watched a demo for it the other week and was disappointed. I think the concept would work if they had just made it first person view.
Free, good.
Costs to get extra stuff – if they just made it costs to buy uniforms etc – nothing functional then I’d be all for that. But it sounds like you have to pay to buy better weapons which is silly.
The cartoony look I don’t mind… but yeah n0mad agree – the no first person view just makes this a bit too much of a joke of a game.
Having said all that I’ll give it a go. Standing on plane wings while flying gets this a +1. Overall this ends in the negatives though.
Someone other than EA could come along with the same idea of a free FPS and do it really well… eg. a free standalone multi player version of ET:QW… wait – deja vu.
