It seems (or is rumoured) that Valve is going to produce a Linux-powered console. That would mean ports between the console and desktop Linux would be pretty easy. That console existing, and then being successful, is about the only way us Linux users are going to see many top shelf games.
Chivalry looks like fun. Would get that if I had Windows.

I agree Steam will have their own console running a customised version of Linux, makes sense as they can kill two birds with one stone… It’s been a right royal pain getting some games to work with Steam under wine but those days are finally coming to an end, good things come to those who wait.

Looks a bit overpriced even on sale. I don’t think it would be as much fun as the Dirt series, but I’ll have a read of some of the reviews… I don’t follow much F1. What would the idea be for multiplayer in F1?

We should try that… I gave it a go by myself once, and once with Mango… but I swear it can’t be as bad as I remember. THere were some fun game modes in there, it’s gotta be better than I remember…
