Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel(http://steamdb.info/app/261640/) has been confirmed a few times by the developers. only showing win icon on the steam store but i think thats only just to protect them if the 3rd party porting company is a little slower(im guessing this is aspyr’s work(http://www.aspyr.com/games/borderlands-2) they did borderlands 2 for mac and has just started porting to linux(their first and only atm is civ 5). could be feral too but i doubt it(they did borderlands 1 and gave linux users xcom))

dont know what you guys think about The Pre-Sequel. i loved borderlands 1 and the only thing that sucked about it was the last boss and the fact i played it on the ps3! i skipped borderlands 2 because i didnt want to do the whole controller thing a 2nd time but have seen a few lets plays and looks as awesome and way bigger than the original. the trailers looks like this games going to be awesome too really cant wait for this game

also borderlands 2 has some new deopts. a while ago the developers said on twitter they are looking into it and dont get your hopes up. definitely doesn’t mean its coming out to linux but its a very good sign that it might

borderlands 2 was released a few days ago. sadly im over my net and capped at 64k for another 3 days so i havent tried it but i hear its working well and is a solid port just like aspyr’s last port

also looks like they are aiming for a sameday release with the pre-sequel but id still wait for them to release it before buying
