Okay so my ever faithful 2017 pc ( http://teamipx.net/blog/chipper/2017/03/20/new-rig-time-think-of-the-chi... ) is starting to falter and it’s time to upgrade. things have moved on a bit since this thread was posted. From a quick look at the usual sites my current thinking is a build based around Intel Core i7 13700K 16 Core LGA 1700 CPU Processor and a 4070Ti card. Will probably go the Umart route as they are local and previous builds and service have been good. I reckon the new machine will definitely hurt the hip pocket more than the 2017 build did, fingers crossed it serves as well (thanks Robag and everyone who gave advice!).
Will start looking at bits and either update here or start a new thread.
Let me know what you would do.
