Could be either great, or terrible… Can’t tell if it’s going to be too cartoony / arcadey, or whether that will be a plus in multiplayer. Dammit, another demo to try :) will add it my list. Wish I was still on hols.
The racing is so-so. You can be driving, and be tapped by another racer, and do a 180. When you try to correct it, the car flips around, and you are going the wrong way – again! On the other hand, it is pretty fun. You drive up behind another racer, and hit him on the tail. He then spins out of control.
The soccer game is very annoying. You team mate seems to be unsure of his team, and the enemy team seems to be about as good as you when you first start. You can have it lined up on the goal, and be almost there. Out of nowhere your team mate boosts into the back of you, you fly out of control, the opposition take the ball.
I think this should be a free game. Not a $20 game.
If we go for a four pack, that is still $10NZD.
Count me out for now, I’ll play it another couple of times, but I think it is a rip off.
Just gave this a try too. Game is fun, agree with that. Multiplayer would be even more fun (the demo DOES have multiplayer if anyone wants to give that a go). All in all, don’t think its worth what they’re charging.
Definitely worth keeping an eye on if any steam sales turn up for $2 or something. But like most of these games, we’d only be buying it for the mulitplayer so even at a few dollars, it’s only worth it if everyone jumps when its on sale.

it is a fun game but more so for the extra game nodes. like the soccer is soooooooo much fun.
but i do agree i would only buy it if it was under $5.

Haven’t actually tried it myself, but the multiplayer / online option wasn’t disabled in the menu.
