90 degree turn with a barrel roll
Heya just wrote off my car!
Major stack!
Drivin down a long easy right, on a loose gravel road (recently overlayed a few weeks back) the outside has a heap of loose stone due to most people cutting the apex of the corner. However there were Roos on the right hand side of the road so I hugged the outside of road… Rear passenger wheel slid, starting the car to slide. ABS didnt stick to the gravel road. The slide, even with correction took me across the other side of the road. Crashed down a ditch into the embankment. Airbags galore. Due to the back sliding causing the momentum, the car rolled, one revolution!
Smoke in the cabin, shit everywhere. Car a total write off!
Shad walked away ;)

Glad to hear that you are ok shad. Lucky that you didn’t hit a tree or anything solid and were able to walk to walk away. Sounds like it could have been much worse than it was.
Outside of bends on dirt roads are usually bad places to be. I hope insurance covers the loss and there isn’t to much drama with the claim.
Next time just slow down or fark the roos and hold your line unless you are super confident!

Im all good… bit sore in the shoulder from the seatbelt
the Car is trashed, but it was alot slower/less impact then it looks/sounds…. just shitty angles, ditch etc which caused the damage/the roll!
Should have just kept going and taken out a roo if it jumped!
Airbags are useless! like being brushed in the face with a tissue! Seat belts are what stopped me getting any sort of injury, especially in the roll! Worst part about it is the explosion which goes off when the airbags inflate causes sooo much smoke! I inhaled so much smoke searching for my phone (which was in the glove box, behind the passenger airbag – it was connected to the blue tooth hands free – then trying to force my way out of the drivers door! I was coughing like a hooker who’d been doing the deepthroat!
