Team IPX Founders voted unanimously this week to promote n0mad into the Team IPX Member ranks.

Chewbacca took time out of his busy schedule of “Ripping People Arms out of their sockets” especially to present n0mads new Member Jersey to him.

n0mad is a positive force within Team IPX and sets new benchmarks in what it means to be an IPX at any level. n0mads promotion comes as a result of tireless dedication to Team IPX in multiple facets including, team organisation, site administration and maintenance, recruitment ideas and ladder captaincy.

April Fools - Team IPX Acquired by leading Norwegian company Maximoto Corporation

We are pleased to announce leading Norwegian company Maximoto Corporation have acquired Team IPX. This acquisition represents a minor change in direction for us which can be summarised by the following changes:

  • ET:QW and ET:W will no longer be played. Instead we will move to console only gaming
  • Rule 1 and the team slogan is now: “You can kill an IPX, but you will NEVER outsmart the almighty Maximoto”
  • Rules 3, 6, 8, 13 and 35 are now: Honorary Members must do what Maximoto says
  • Rule 7 is now: When in doubt, go to Norway
  • Rule 51 is now: There is such a thing as a “Chocolate Martini”
  • Users will no longer earn Svalbards for contributions to the site – they will now earn Norwegians.

Please join me in all hailing our new Norwegian overlords.

Ltmon gets hitched!

Team IPX would like to congratulate member Ltmon and Mrs Ltmon on their marriage on 5/1/2008.

The day went off without any of the usual wedding day hiccups and he is now looking forward to his honeymoon in Vietnam.
