An update to the Left 4 Dead Blog outlines plans to revise the matchmaking system in Left 4 Dead in the future.
The update is written by Dave “Zoid” Kirsch, an old friend from the community who is now apparently at Valve, and he outlines how more matchmaking flexibility is in the works:

In a recent update for L4D on the PC, we provided the option for players to choose between starting a game on an Official server or the Best Available. This is just the first step in giving players control over what servers they play on and the type of experience they have.

This is part of the L4D SDK rollout, which is currently in a closed beta and will be released shortly after the launch of the L4D Survival Pack.

1) I’ve already taken the liberty of removing all teaspoons from the kitchen, barring the one with the hole ground off, of course ( the holey spoon)
2) Moving the remote temperature for the weather station from outside, to its new location inside the fridge.
3) Done the dishes.

Yes it’s that time again, Review time. Now as I know Shad and n0mad have noticed that for the last couple of weeks I have been playing a new game (see above). Now since they have both been nagging me like little girls (:p) about what it’s like it made me think “review time” so with no further adieu shall we get into it.

First things first, if you don’t like flying games then you should go right now because you will not like this review and Shad will post a rant when he finds out that you don’t.
There are not many really strong games that grab you in the aerial combat genre but I have found this game is hard to put down. We will start with the single player campaign.

I just recieved my GTX280OC from Asus and my OCZ DDR3 Triple Channel 1600 Mhz RAM at a latency of 8-8-8-24.

Now I just need the rest of the computer xD
